Mission

SOLIDAR works to advance social justice in Europe and worldwide by voicing the concerns of our member organisations to the European and international institutions across the policy sectors social affairs, international cooperation and education.

Main Aims

• Strengthen European integration and promote fair globalisation.
• Contribute to a social Europe by guaranteeing people living in the EU and Neighbourhood countries equal rights and opportunities, decent work for a decent life and the full participation of all in society.
• Act as a watchdog in the reshaping of international architecture to create social change through investment in global social protection and decent work for all, and fair trade schemes.
• Promote active citizenship and participation through inclusive education policies, active inclusion policies, participatory democracy and investment in civil dialogue.
