Global Citizenship Education: From Research to Policy
SOLIDAR Foundation has the pleasure to invite you to the Global Citizenship Education (GCE) Conference, which will take place during the Global Education Week. Organised jointly with the S&D Group, the roundtable will take place on 16 November, from 9h to 11h, at the European Parliament, Room ASP 3H1 and online.
At the Conference, SOLIDAR Foundation will present the GCE Policy Paper’s findings and its evidence-based Policy Recommendations. The event will draw participation of the key stakeholders for education and training policymaking in the EU and map the GCE developments across Europe.
This event represents an opportunity to launch the Manifesto on GCE for the upcoming EP elections, which will be shared with the participants beforehand. The Conference will be concluded with a Joint Declaration of Advocacy where all the stakeholders present at the event can express their support to the Policy Recommendations on GCE.
