The latest on one of the Silver Rose Awards winners
Support Antoine, the initiative that raises awareness of Luxleaks and Antoine Deltour’s case, published a press release on this morning’s decision by the Luxembourg Court of Cassation that made a decision following the appeals filed. The judgement of the Court of Appeal, on 15 March last year, has been overturned which means a step forward in recognising Antoine Deltour as a whistleblower within the meaning of the European Court of Human Rights with regard to some of the facts. The Court of Cassation now asserts that all the facts are indivisible.
On 23 January 2018 we will reward Antoine Deltour at the 15th edition of the SOLIDAR Silver Rose Awards that will take place in the European Parliament in Brussels. The ceremony will be an opportunity to officially recognise the extraordinary work of organisations or individuals like Antoine Deltour to advance social justice in Europe and worldwide.
