May 12 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

This 3.5-hour online Final Conference marks the culmination of the ENHANCE Project, bringing together adult learners, educators, policymakers, and civil society actors from across Europe. The conference is structured around two complementary parts: practice and policy.
The first part, ENHANCE in Practice invites participants to engage hands-on with key project outputs. Through parallel group sessions, participants will explore the ENHANCE Matrix and its good practices, and reflect on the project’s Podcast Series as a vehicle for amplifying learner voices that are often absent from formal documentation. A spotlight on a practical learner voice example will close this segment, grounding the discussion in lived experience.
The second part From Voice to Policy shifts the focus toward systemic change. Building on the ENHANCE Roadmap and Mini Booklets, participants will move from reflection to dialogue, engaging in a roundtable discussion with European policymakers, including Members of the European Parliament and representatives from the European Commission, on how learner participation can be meaningfully embedded in adult education governance.
By the end of the conference, participants will have collectively explored what authentic learner participation looks like in practice, interrogated whose voices are still missing, and contributed to a broader European conversation on building more inclusive and participatory lifelong learning systems.
